Georgia went through the drama of pulling people over years ago... there is a full VinWiki YouTube video series on it. When i moved to ATL in 1991 and got an apartment there, I still had Texas plates a few months in... boy was I wrong for doing that!! Ticketed, Impounded and no attorney would take the case... cost me 5X what it would have to pay the taxes for the 18 months I lived there!! Learned the lesson and how to do it right this time.

And Yes... a MINI CooperS that gets 42mpg!!
