Not yet... waiting to do one last test of my revised air deflectors before I put the front clip back on.... then street tune, then dyno tune!!! My guess is that I should have numbers by the end of next month.

After 5 long months of wrenching, designing, upgrading, developing, experimenting, and waiting... the car is finally back together 100%... got a much needed bath... and a proper shake down run and a data log. Stopped for some photos along the way!
As a recap; this is the current list of recent additions. 1. Upgraded the THESE beautiful XDI +50% fuel injectors... Also heat wrapped the crossover tubes, fuel rails, and removed the large foam insulator. These injectors are awesome, come with a calibration sheet to help with your tuning. TIP: Borrow the injector clip tool (makes the job much easier) and dont forget to replace the (one time use) OEM cross over tubes. 2. Upgraded to THIS Katech Dual Drop-in Fuel Pump + PNP Controller / harness. I love that I did not have to tap the tank. Install is tricky, but much better when you use THIS Rear Seat Access hatch for easy access! TIP: Make sure you done stat this project with a full tank HAHA... Also, read an earlier post about install tips and tricks. 3. Wrapped my old coated headers with a 2,000F product similar to THIS DEI Titanium Header Wrap. TIP: This is much easier that it looks, after the headers are off the car that is! 4. Upgraded to THESE Brisk RR12S Racing Silver Spark Plugs.... Also, decided to slap on a fresh set of the DEI Red Spark Plug Bots. TIP: Dont forget the dialetric grease! 5. Installed THIS cool billet LT4 Inlet Pressure Adapter... Just installed it during my XPORT re-assembly. Check them out HERE. This means I can finally secure the sensor properly without it hitting the back of my 103mm TB. 6. Upgraded the entire fuel line system from the bottom of the tank to HPFP to a -8AN hose system. This effort includes THIS for better filtration in order to keep those 50+ XDI's as happy as possible. 7. Upgraded to THIS proper 10-rib set up from THPSI which included an LT5 tensioner + 9.2" Lower Pulley + 2.4" Upper Pulley. (I have a 2.3" upper I will add soon) TIP: This 10-rib is awesome, elegant, and WORKS! Yep in mind that my belt required approximately. 1.5" more belt length with the upgrade! 8. Had my blower sent out to KONG for their newest XPORT package that includes the new "high side" porting along with the "water jacket" porting! Also upgraded my crossover delete adapters to be ported to better match the work that KONG is doing to help keep this aligns, which is similar to THIS parts package. TIP: Never re-use the OEM bolts. 9. Upgraded many of my Banks sensors to RIFE and added several more. I now have... (1) temp + (1) pressure sensor in the SCHX system before and after the SC. I now have (1) temp sensor for my oil cooler system before and after the cooler as well as a pressure sensor before the cooler. I added the Banks Airmouse into the Rotofab housing just below the filter for lots of yummy data... and my favorite of all, the first set of additional "Rife Fast" sensors now installed on the HOT side of the supercharger (above the bricks) and on the COLD (below the bricks) for future testing. These are not easy to set-up / calibrate, and I am working on these now! 10. Upgraded both of my old Banks Classic Gauges to the NEW iDash PRO and iDash PRO DATA gauges!!! More on this soon. 11. Finally found an elegant solution to the common issue with the inlet pressure sensor hitting the back of the TB with you upgrade to a 103mm. The solution is THIS simple little billet adapter that clocks it just enough to fit perfect! CLEARLY; that was NOT 5 months worth of work... thats because with my spare time in between wrenching was spent designing, testing and building the following products. 1. The GMS Rear Belly Bumper Pan found HERE. Which has been a total PITA as it requires multiple designs, revisions and prototypes in oder to create a custom parts. TIP; remember that you may need two adjust your mufflers depending on the accuracy of the muffler install. 2. The GMS Back Seat Full Pump Access was designed, prototyped and produced. For those interested, check it out HERE. 3. Redesigned THESE brackets for our GMS HX Coolant Reservoir to include a classy satin black wrinkle finish. 4. Designed and built a new set of oil cooler brackets for those who want to mount THIS ZL1 Oil Cooler Package to the OEM aluminum crash bar. 5. Designed the custom bracket that supports our upgraded fuel filter on the underside of the car found HERE. NOTE; working on a turn-key hose kit now also. 6. The biggest new project was redesigning the air-deflectors for our signature GMS High Flow Impact Bar found HERE. The new version will be a big improvement for helping to direct the incoming air where you want it, and less of where you dont! I am sure I'm missing something. Just super excited to get this baby back together for some testing!!! A few photos from the shake down run today... Stay tuned
