CEL P2261

Just got a P2261 Turbo bypass(mechanical) engine code. I installed a GFB diverter valve a few weeks ago, so I assume this is a result of that. Is this a serious problem or can I reset it and forget? I encounter no other issues other than the loud noises combined with the mishimoto intake I installed with it.

Sounds like the ECU does not look favorably upon the performance of your new part. Tune it out or live with the code.

Thanks for the info. I like the way my car runs with the GFB diverter.
