Just like everyone else is saying, check the connector to the sensor and wires. Some people don't care to put the heat boot that covers the connector and the wires back on like my picture. Or it slides down exposing the connector. I had a similar issue

Was OP able to fix this? I am having this issue right now and wondering if I just need to change out the sensor. Also how long would it take? Seems pretty simple but can't be sure till I get the car on the lift.

I’m having the same problem, gm engineer say I’m cruising in the wrong gear so they won’t allocate any money to fix the real issue

ZL1 Knock Sensor and Knock Sensor Circuit code
Did anyone figure out a solution to the ZL1 (2020) knock sensor and knock sensor circuit codes throwing when pushing past 120 mph, but no longer throwing the code after driving the car a couple of times in the future, normally (without pushing it)?

If the car is stock, you have an issue that needs to be investigated.
If you car is tuned, you need to work with your tuner to datalog and see why it's happening. This shouldn't happen tuned or untuned.

Off the wall questions: Do you have an excessive tire vibration? I had false knock after putting on my drag beadlocks w/MT ET Street R. They had horrible Road Force balance and I had excessive vibration at certain speeds. It was enough to cause false knock. I put my stock rears back on to test, and no more knock. I took the wheels/tires back to my tire store and explained how bad the tires were. They finally got me a good set of MT's. Put them on, and no knock!
