Hey guys, I currently got my 2018 Camaro into a GPI stage two cam and my tuner brought to my attention that my valve body on my transmission might need to get replaced and so right now I don’t know what’s the best route to go from here, I want to get a torque converter for it, but I’m not sure if having any upgraded transmission would be the best route or just upgrade all the parts I would need right now, it is currently my daily

Depends on your goals for the car. On a bolt on car you can just do an OEM level rebuild, add the converter of your choice (and a good TCM tune!) and you’ll be good.

If you’re planning on big power down the road, send it out to Pure, ATI, etc for a high power rebuild with Raybestos clutches, billet input shaft, etc.
