tire diameter

wil a 265/30r20 in front and a 305/30r20 in rear (.9) difference in diameter cause stabiltrak issues.

Probably. I've read that the car wants to be no more than 3% different front/back. That setup puts you at 3.4%.

It will, or would, if you had a 6th gen. Your 5th gen might be more permissive, try asking on camaro5.com as well.
