1st Time using HP Tuner's MPVI3 OBDII

Hello all, I have a 2016 camaro ss NA/Pump Gas w/ MSD AIM, 103mm NW TB, Roto-Fab CAI and 1 7/8in LTH no cats back to stock muffler. I have had a tune with all these aftermarket parts before, but since having my car in San Diego, it seems to be running weird, possibly too rich?? not sure. I am uploading a screenshot of the DTC's as well as a screenshot of my log file. Any help would be much appreciated.

Nothing much to see here. A complete log file and the tune file would help.

No CEL.

Those codes are from TPMS sensors, having headers installed without tuning first, and your AFM valves.

With that many incomplete readiness monitors, did you recently have a dead battery for an extended period? You might just need a few drives to let the TB relearn (or perform a relearn manually). The timing is quite negative at idle, and the TB is opened fairly far.

Thank you for the reply. I had my tuner walk me through (remotely) how to properly read/write with the HPTuner device I have. He also noticed the negative spark and adjusted that. I replaced my battery a while back and have driven alot since then. As far as a TB manual relearn, my tuner never mentioned me needing to do that and he didn't say anything about that. Maybe he tuned it to do that? I'm not sure, but I will upload the tune file he recently gave me(with the recent adjustments) and also I will be writing the new tune in a couple weeks when I purchase the licensing credits for my car(on a strict budget with the wife). Lastly, how do I manually relearn my TB if that is necessary?
