Help tuning 2016 Camaro 1ss

I have a 2016 1ss Camaro w/ MSD AIM, 103mm Nick Williams TB, Roto-Fab CAI, 1 7/8in LTH/no cats to stock muffler. I have had it professionally tuned with the current setup, but it has been running weird, possibly rich. I am trying to get it back to running normal. It seems like the transmission likes to stay in some gears longer than normal and other weird Transmission issues. I have never tuned myself, but I did just get the MPVI3 HPT w/ no credits. I have logged an idle so far and have readings. Just needing direction on what to do next if anyone would be kind enough to point me in a direction please and thanks.
