Installing the BMR SB054 Rear Sway Bar & ELK017 Rear End Links on the ZL1 Camaro:



I was able to remove the OEM rear sway bar with the exhaust in place but was unable to install the BMR rear sway bar with the exhaust in place so I had to remove the back section of my Borla ATAK exhaust to get the sway bar into place.

Quick sway bar chart that I made to compare the BMR front and rear adjustable sway bars with the OEM sway bars on the ZL1:



The chart also shows front/rear bias in relation to the OEM setup. A lot of the info I pulled from posts in this forum like this one, https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showp...7&postcount=99.

Keep an eye on the BMR rear mounting brackets. Some here have had them tear and mine became deformed. I track my car so there's more stress on them than just easy street driving.

Yeah, I've read about the sway bar mount issues. I'm tempted on picking up the billet mounts with Delrin bushings while I have most everything pulled apart still. I think I did read that they had updated the poly bushing and mounts that are included with the sway bars at some point in the past but not sure how much had actually changed with them.

Thank you! I ordered the delrin bushings and billet mounts so hopefully I get those soon and I can take a closer look at them next to the included poly bushings and stamped metal looking mounts
