Help with 2018 RS bumper components

Hello all, is there a component on the lower grille that goes behind the actual bumper to protect the rad? I’m not sure what part number it is but I know something is missing there. To clarify it’s the complete 2018 RS package, I took my car in for a fender repair and it seems like there’s a lot of open space in the lower middle.

Thanks in advance

Lower part is open. You can easily see the rad. pic is behind the bumper.
