LTH + OEM NPP. Will actually make power and be loud and you can control volume with the Exhaust Valve feature.

Could be wrong but most of the exhaust systems don't actually add power, just make it louder for our cars. The OEM system flows pretty good apparently. If I'm wrong please correct me.

If you don't care about power and just want more noise. No need to spend $1500 or $2500, just get the MBRP axel back for $600. Then invest in some LTH's for power.

My vote is headers + stock exhaust. That's what I'll be doing in the future to add more volume and get some more power too.

I have Kooks headers with high flow green cats and retained the stock NPP suitcase (that I painted matte black for a slightly improved look).

The car is pretty loud, not obnoxiously so, but I wouldn't mind a little less rasp, so I already bought a pair of resonators and only need to find a muffler shop that does high quality work.

To the OP's point, I too learned the lesson that the Stock exhaust was best when coupled with headers. I learned this lesson with my 5th gen. After getting my 2021, I did not like the looks of the stock "suit case" muffler and hoped it would be different this time and splurged for the Stainless system. So yeah, once my power train warranty is up, i'll get headers and hope the redline mufflers come to life.
Yes and I do want to reiterate that getting axle backs without ANY mufflers IE AWE Track, MBRP Race, etc do increase the sound a good bit, but I cant say spending money on ANY system that still uses mufflers is worth it over stock npp. That includes even the big hitters Borla, Corsa etc.
