Splitter Tunnel Molds

I made a set of molds to make splitter tunnels out of carbon fiber. I designed them to work fit under the aux radiators. One inner and one outer tunnel for each side. The resulting tunnels would mate together on a flat shared surface and have a ~1.5" flange on all edges. I made them with orange tooling gel coat with fiberglass backing. They'll need a little prep work to fix a couple of little imperfections and polish up the surfaces.

I'll post pics later.

If someone want a set of CF tunnels for their splitter, I could finish them myself and make a set or two.

Molds: idk, $20? you pay shipping?
Tunnels: maybe $300? I haven't done the math.

PM me.

Professional Awesome has splitter tunnels for 299 and AJ Hartman for 429 but they are carbon fiber. Lots of other options for same same price as PA or a little cheaper and depending what you make your of is a big consideration plus a pic of the set you made would be nice as well.

Here are some pics of the rough molds. I designed the inner mold to fit under the angled aux radiator while still providing maximum volume and around a 10 degree slope in the fore-aft direction.

The outer tunnels are a similar design to AJ Hartman's large curved splitter tunnels, but should fit under the Camaro's bumper and lip.

The outer edge of the inner tunnel and inner edge of the outer tunnel are both flat faces, and could be joined together after trimming off the flange.

They all could use a good sanding to remove the primer that came off the plugs I 3d printed.

For sure not much room for tunnels. Molds look interesting. Talk to one guy who just took out the aux cooler and more so he could run tunnels and extra brake cooling. He only does a few laps at a time doing TT. I'm not ready to do that yet! I just finished a home made splitter but already planning another one.
