I hope they sell all 50, can never have too many high HP camaros out there.

I agree with everyone else, that if I were designing these, i'd do alot of things differently. I would start with the ZLE platform for sure, tune to E85 on all of the builds, would NOT change the hood, would pick better looking wheels, etc...

I also agree, likely not an appreciating asset, but I like that they are making these easy to purchase for those who want an easy button and a warranty.
If they were starting the build with ZLE’s, there probably wouldn’t be any for 2024, based on the number of ZLE’s being built this year.

Why start with the ZL1 1LE platform? The ZL1 non 1LE works just fine and in this case, the SS 1LE platform works fine too since it's basically a ZL1 minus the LT4 and other bits.

That's what I don't get with some ideas. You buy a car meant to go very fast around a road course but then turn it into a straight line, 800+rwhp car. Basically bought it for the name and not for what it was designed to do from the factory.

Its the same as the people who go out and buy something like a Trail Boss or AT4 then change out the entire suspension.

Personally I’d prefer the ZL-1 or the ZL-1 1LE, it’s INMHO and likely 90% of the demographic a much better looking car. Having said that, it’s likely not financially feasible (profit margins) and possibly doesn’t fit the original concept of the YENKO cars. Either way it’s certainly an awesome package for the right person.

I like the performance package but they're so damn ugly.

Nah. They made the right choice building this car off of the SS 1LE. Much easier for them to get SS 1LEs over the past few years than it was to get a ZLE.

Suspension is already great and with a ZLE, you'd be paying $25K+ more just for the base car, only for them only to rip off the factory supercharger. This is a much less expensive way to build what they were going after.

They made up to 100 stage 3s 50 stage 2 and 50 stage 1 for 2024. Alot of which were made after initial delivery and with less standard options due to lack of new stock avalibility. Last I heard they only got up to #31 stage 2 for 2023 before starting the 24s. I have the only riverside 23 stage 2 produced #13

I guess it's just odd to me, but I'd take a NicKey, Katech, Vengeance, LMR, etc. car. Whatever that would cost would be what this Yenko would be worth to me. I just don't see the collectability for these new ones. Honestly, I don't quite get the panther either.

I agree 100%.

I think a lot of guys don’t realize that the guys that run Yenko are actually the same as SLP. Lots of history here in particular Ed Hamburger who is an absolute legend in the Drag Racing world. Personally I’d rather have one of these over any factory sticker car for similar money. I do prefer the Zl-1 nose, but I have same issue with the COPO cars.

Just my opinion. Some people actually bought Pontiac Aztek's too.
