ZLE Transmission Fluid 19540137 versus 10-4033

I ordered transmission fluid from rock auto and used the previous part number of 10-4033 and they sent me 19540137 and said that this is the superseded part number and fluid.

I can’t find any confirming that. I saw a post on a c5 forum were a gentleman kept returning orders that contained the new part fluid instead of the old fluid but can’t find confirmation as to why they would send the wrong stuff. I figured I would ask before returning to make sure I wasn’t in the wrong.

Don’t know for sure but, for what it’s worth, a search for “19540137” shows a few parts sites mentioning the superseding thing.

The new part number checks out, here:https://www.gmpartsdirect.com/oem-pa...40137-88861800

You could also try calling a Chevy dealer parts department to confirm.
