Long tube headers , X pipe and Intake

Will an X pipe and long tube headers remove the burbles and pops from stock NPP 2020 Camaro SS exhaust or make them louder? I was thinking of just getting the long tube headers, and X pipe while keeping the stock NPP exhaust that pops and burbles and wanna keep those pops and burbles. Was also planning on getting an intake. And ofc an ECU tune.

Side question: how much hp gain (crank and wheel) should I expect with these 4 mods?

It will make them louder.

With only headers, don't bother with an intake. It's a waste of money. If anything just get a drop in green filter.

The benefit of a tune and headers is picking up 30ish torque in the midrange. Peak HP is only like 10-15HP max. Regardless, the car will be faster.

The burbles and pops can only be removed thru the tune. The exhaust mods you note will simply make them louder.

The CAI intake is relatively pointless (no real performance gains) until you also replace or increase flows through your throttle body and intake manifold. Put it this way, you aren't even changing the air flow enough to require a tune so it can't possibly add noticeable power (never mind that the stock airbox isn't even a restriction). However, it's a popular first mod because it's easy to install and relatively cheap (think of it is a gateway drug, err, mod).

The headers will be noticeable gains, but you'd need a tune to do it properly. I gained 18rwhp and 26rwtq on headers + tune over stock.

Pops will be louder. I have a non NPP LT1 car with awe track axleback. The pops would be too much for some people. It’s not the NPP muffler that makes it pop. It’s in the tune. Most people here keep the NPP muffler with headers.
