Does anyone know what this line is n how to remove it

Hey I am trying to change the rear springs on my 2017 Camaro SS, but I need to remove this line in-order to lower the lower control arm to remove the spring. Idk who, but someone put the bolt back in the wrong way. It should come out from the other side but now it needs to come out the way where the line is. Does anyone know what that line is and how to remove it? Thank you!

Green is the lower control arm and blue is the line I’m talking about.

That is the parking brake line. You'd probably have to remove the rear rotor to unhook it from the parking brake. It may be possible to unbolt that line form the hub and pull on it slightly to give more clearance to remove the bolt.

You would have to unhook the rear shock anyway and see if the suspension will droop enough to let the spring come free. If not, I think I'd try to remove the lower control arm's eccentric bolt. You should be replacing those eccentric alignment bolts anyway since you'll need an alignment. They are one time use bolts.
