2023 LT1 seat removal question

Swapping my seat skins from cloth to leather. The rear is finished and ready to get reinstalled. Pulling the passenger front next. Due to lack of garage space currently, I have to pull the car outside to pull the front seats. Once pulled, will I get airbag lights on the dash if I start the car and pull it back into the garage?

I believe having any airbag/seatbelt unplugged while the battery is connected may cause a airbag light but starting it/accessory mode would more than likely cause an airbag light unfortunately

Most airbag faults will turn the light off on its own once the problem it is seeing is corrected.

Yeah if front seat is disconnected it will get the srs light, but once reconnected it will go away.

Thank you all. I will have no choice but to pull the seats outside, then trigger the light to pull the car back into the garage. Hopefully no dealer visit necessary as the light will go away on its own. Next winter, I’ll have a lot of space, however, this winter space is at a premium

Nope, I swapped out cloth for leather also. You will not get an airbag light. Mine is 2024 SS. Although I did not start the car with them out.
