Who’s gone to zle size tires, you like it?
I’m starting tire shopping, had Michelins ps4s on my 1le and they were good. I sort of daily drive the car , it splits duties with my 02 z28 every couple of weeks on and off.
I find the ride on my zl1 harsher than the 1le, maybe it’s the extra weight upfront, maybe it’s the Goodyears. I’m wondering who’s gone to the 19” zle size tires and how you like it, I figure the extra width would help with traction and the extra sidewalk height might ride better too ? Thanks

I have a set of ZLE sized wheels and also a set of 18x12 square. Both work great.

I'm on ZLE offsets and tire sizes on 19s. I couldn't really tell any difference in ride quality, but would assume there is a little due to larger profile of tires.
I wasn't sure I would like the 19s, first time I've ever gone down in size for wheels, lol. Zero regrets other than don't have quite the selection of tires. Does seem to want to hydroplane a little easier on the interstate it seems. I wanted a full set all-seasons on mine with the last set of tires, but could not find any AS in 305's for the front.

They look great, what kind of tires do you have that feel more prone to hydroplaning, I’d like to avoid that issue, rains too much here for that.

Hydroplaning isn't dramatic difference between brands,

FWIW, Conti EC are just fine in the rain in my experience. That's what is on my car now in ZLE sizes.
