2024 Panther 2SS exterior mod????
I have a Panther Camaro and was thinking about removing the exterior markings like the LT1 on the hood, the Camaro on each of the front fenders, the SS on the front grill and the bowtie on the back. Is this insane to do so? Would it look better with everything removed? I'd hate to do this and mess up how are the car looks. Has anyone else done anything like this?
Thanks in advance for any advice or comments. Eric |

My personal thought it, you bought a "Panther", leave it a "Panther", but that's just me... You do you...

Same here, a large part of the specialness of the panther cars is the badging so not sure why your want to remove it. But it's your car so up to.

Should have just bought a regular LT1 then. I would keep the Panther badges

Not a good idea IMO. This is a special edition car with those badges and paint color being the main differentiators, I definitely wouldn't turn its exterior into something plain and unassuming.

I'd have to agree with the above posters, I even paid extra (TWICE!) to get the CAMARO script in black for the fenders as it really ties the look together for me.

I don’t think it’s a bad idea. If you don’t like them, I wouldn’t second guess yourself. You’re just talking removing a few not so great plastic emblems. Totally reversible.
I’d remove them carefully as possible and toss them a bag. If you change your mind, you can always stick them back on, with some minor effort (if you feel you have the skills to do so) |
