Swapped my cloth seat skins for Katzkin leather. A few cuts and bruises on my fingers, but well worth it. Now I need some summer sun to finish taking the wrinkles out

I think those look great! Ironically, I find that the slight imperfections of custom upholstered, or "race" seats have always made the leather look more "real", and more comfortable. The big auto manufacturers have perfected the leather and the process to a point they almost don't LOOK like leather anymore. They look hard and cold. Like they're plastic. I dunno, maybe it's me. I think they look great. Similar how a leather jacket, shoes or even a baseball glove isn't best when new, but rather once it's worn in.

Also, with it being outside, there is condensation that forms when the weather starts to warm up in spring. Not a ton, but enough that this year I put a couple of DampRid buckets inside the capsule to hopefully help control humidity and condensation in there better.

dropped her on some eibach springs. Other than breaking both front MRC sensor clips, the install went well. Oops.
![]() Car is on Apex SM-10 with 295/35r19 front and 305/35r19 rear. The previous owner installed these wheels and tires and I was worried the fronts would rub, but so far so good. Have the front camber at -3, so maybe thats why. I will say though the front tire is VERY close to the strut. |

Gave the plenum cover and fuel rail covers a makeover.

I found a way to make the winter *slightly* more tolerable.
![]() ![]() Even so, was 6 Degrees (C) today and the roads were clean and clear of salt. Took a little drive in the rural area around where I live, stretch its legs a bit. |

Looks great! Did you color the letters or are those vinyl stickers?
Ha, nice! My nephew gave me his old PS4 to fix but his parents got him a PS5 and said I could keep it. Fixed it, installed an SSD, picked up Gran Turismo 7, and was delightfully surprised to find that they had the SS and ZL1 1LE on there. It's kinda cool to see a close approximation of our cars in game lol As for myself, I finally got around to changing my brake pads and spark plugs. My rear pads were barely worn so I left the old pads in there and kept the new set for a future date. The fronts were pretty close to the metal clip that makes noise. |
