O2 Sensor distances

Hey all,
Working through some codes that popped due to long tube headers.
Might be a long shot, but does anyone know the difference in distance between stock manifold O2 bungs to standard ARH header bungs? Need to know how far the sensors moved to calibrate (maybe), else I'll have to buy a stock system to install, clear and disable the codes, then reinstall headers back to the tail pipes. I'd like to avoid that amount of pain if possible.

I'd estimate about 12-16" on centerline in the tubing. What codes do you have? Changing O2 sensor feedback in the tune likely won't clear the codes, if they are the ones I assume you are showing. As a last resort, if you need stock manifolds and cats, I have a set I could sell to you.

I’m pretty sure I’ll need to go that route no matter hour bad I don’t want to.
Any chance you still have the pipes back to the tips?

I do have the catback, but it's on the car. I went with headers and stock catback.

Definitely interested.
If you're not in a rush to get rid of those I'll hit you up after the New Year.
Does that work for you?

The issue is the distance has increase but velocity reduced due to the increased pipe diameter. So what value do you use?

Sounds good. I'm sure I'll still have them sitting in the garage.

You can get the sensors to respond a little faster if you tune the PI controller coefficients in the tune. Most necessary in the airflow modes that correspond to idle and low-throttle. Most people don't bother tuning these, but you can find improvements. I think the OP's issue has more to do with codes that were set (that wouldn't change even if you change these values).
