2017 1SS 1LE No Longer For Sale
I have decided to keep the car. Very little interest was shown so maybe it is priced too high, or the market is not at a good time. In any event, I am just going to hang on to it.
![]() Time to pass on my 1LE to another enthusiast. I am only selling because I have reached Corvette owner’s age, and am considering a new toy. I don’t need to sell it, and don’t plan to budge much on the asking price. You can’t build a stock 1LE to this level for this price. It is truly in immaculate condition. I am asking $46K for the car. I purchased the car from another Forum member in 2022 with 16,751 miles. Trans and diff fluid changed twice @ 9000 miles and 15500 miles. Latest oil change at 17,500 miles. Here is all the info on the car. Please feel free to ask questions or request additional pictures. Let me know what you need to see. That's a great looking car ! Very nice build, just right in every way. IMO you shouldn't have any trouble selling it at that price.

I think this is my old car. I bought it here on this Forum from someone in Texas with 5,000 miles and sold it on this forum in 2020 to Charlie in CA when it had 6,500 miles. These mods look just like what he had done at Red Barn Racing. And the black frame emblems I installed on it lead me to believe this is that car. Someone will be getting an amazing 1LE that was super well cared for. Good luck with the sale!

I hear you on that! The only reason I sold it, was to order my 2021 with the A10 transmission that I still have. Yours is one beautiful 1LE with the absolute perfect mods. You will sell it no problem!

Update
Just updating some information about the car. Due to an unfortunate incident with a foam cannon, I put a dent in the hood of the car. Apparently the gun was not adequately fastened to the quick connect and the cannon flew off at light speed right onto the hood. Since the car was already foamed up, I didn't immediately notice the damage.
I pulled the wrap off so that the dent can be repaired by a paintless dent removal expert, if I can get them to call me back. Maybe they are off for the holidays or repairing a dent in Santa's sleigh or something. Anyway, I have decided that I like the red and do not plan to reinstall the matte black wrap. See the pictures of it's current state. I do have an interested party but I don't expect anything to happen until the beginning of the year. By the way, the wrap came off easily without removing the hood vents. I live in Arizona and leaving it in the sun, it's 80 degrees today, softened it enough to peel off with minimal effort. Merry Christmas! |

Hood Repair
Here are some pictures of the newly repaired hood. The paintless dent removal guy worked his magic and there is no evidence of the dent. I also did a paint correction and applied ceramic coating to match the rest of the car. I really like the look of the red hood. Hopefully someone else does, too.

Good on you for being honest about the dent. Most people would have repaired it and not mentioned anything.

Thanks. I think it's better to be up front about it. I hate when people don't point out everything when they are trying to sell something.
