How-To: Install BMR BK063 Rear Cradle Bushing Lockout Kit

Installing the BMR BK063 Rear Cradle Bushing Lockout Kit on the ZL1 Camaro:

Overall, not to bad of an install! The bullets you need to hammer into place is the only headache, lol.

Agreed, the bullets are a real PITA though I had the same with my Mustang PP, used the same thing from Steeda. Makes a tremendous difference in the rear end though.
I added the (non adjustable) Upper control arm, and upper/lower trailing arms recently, those were def worth it.

Awesome, good to hear! I've added non adjustable upper and lower trailing arms and upper control arms to the passenger side. Taking my time with the driver's side as I'm doing a video on everything, lol. After those are all done I'm adding the front and rear sways bar and end links. Looks awesome so if it performs as awesome as it looks I'll be happy, haha.

I also had added the rear cradle front chassis braces which complements the lockout kit nicely.

Yep, I ended up using a floor jack with a piece of 2x4 to push the metal bullet things in because the exhaust was in the way of the hammer.

Also, the 4 long bolts are supposed to be replaced with new ones according to the service manual.

That's the samething I did was use a floor jack that comes in the cars that's small for the side of the road. made the work a breeze. Overall straight forward install
