forged engine spark advance tips

Hello .. on lt1 supercharger centri engine 10 psi at 6.5 rpm forged low compression 10.2 lt4 fuel system plus jms ..how many degrees of spark .. stock internal 13 14 degrees on 93 octane

13-14 degrees on 93 octane is probably about all you’ll get. You can try an extra degree at a time and see if the motor is happy (and no knock retard) but don’t expect you’d get too much more than 14.

I’d start there like I mentioned above. If you’re running clean with no knock, then add a degree or two and see how it responds. Might be able to get a bit more but you’re not running 20 degrees lol

That compression should allow for 17 degrees at that boost level. You are just a tick above stock LT4 compression and I have seen them tolerate 17-20 degrees depending on the quality of fuel.

Hi guys! I am Sebastian from RSTronic in Argentina, helping German. He is running built engine, forged pistons and rods, compression 10,2. ECS SC with 10psi at 6500rpm. We need some help on tuning the new TCM that we bought from HPTuners. Who do you reccomend for a remote tuning please. We are also ready to tune the ECU for flex fuel.
