Oil cooler drain back

I am currently building my own oil cooler setup, I got all the parts here but I am now concerned about oil draining back from the cooler back into the oilpan.

I will use a mishimoto sandwichplate which sits between the engine and the oil filter.
The oil cooler will replace the aux intercooler and it will be installed with both connections going to the right hand side. Its around the same height like the oil filter connection.

When I turn the engine off, will there be a risk of drainback through the oil filter connection?
