Oil Dipstick burnt / Secondary Cat del.?

After my first track day in April, my stock exhaust manifolds got so hot that the oil dipstick, which is roughly 4 inches long, turned a golden/brown color from the heat.

Last week, I went to the track again and enabled the catalytic converter protection, which cools the cats with extra fuel at a certain temperature. I was hoping this would solve the problem, but unfortunately, it did not help at all. The dipstick has now turned black over the same length.

Exhaust tips also burnt entirely off the deposits.

I am running a callaway zl1 with its 2300cc blower, LT5 TB and got it tuned with a wideband by a well known tuner here.
Engine runs perfect. Everthing else is stock.
Estimated power of 800+HP crank
Its really concering to see, that I am the only one with this issue.

Considering now, to actually remove the secondary cat next time.
I have heard few time already, it makes the car ridiclious loud, but only under load. So I bet it helps alot to get rid of the heat.

I'm fully stock. My dipstick also burned (I'm not British). I don't see it as an issue. The engine gets hot when racing.

Same here...portion of my dipstick is smoking when checking the oil...no issues, but seems odd!

Burnt dipstick here too. Street and track use. All stock '22 SS 1LE A10, Mobil 1 0W40 Dexos or Mobil 1 15W50 for the track. I always set the oil level to halfway up the hash marks.
