so do you guys think I should legit call them out on google reviews + yelp...? I can totally see somebody who has a car like this but is not truly into cars (yep people like do exist)....they just blindly follow whatever the service advisor tells em to....

Here is the 2016 maintainance schedule since I didn't see it posted. This is for "Severe" use too. Trans fluid doesn't come up on "Standard Use" at all. I'd still do it, FWIW.
