Has anyone done business with this company. Is it still in business. I've tried to reach out to them and the phone is down and FB and emails are not answered. seems like a lot of bad reviews of customers not getting the items they ordered.

I would never do business with them again.......I know quite a few people feel the same way. No idea if they have made improvements or not.

My experience was that you buy parts and then never see them. And when you inquire where they are you get extremely rude emails in reply. Then to get your money back you have to call your CC company to do a chargeback.

In addition, one of the owners or someone close to the owner would come on the forums and start bashing anyone who said anything bad about Weapon X, such as sharing about how they never got the parts they purchased and received rude answers. It happened over and over again until essentially the people on multiple forums just trashed them back in a ton of threads. Eventually they disappeared from the internet community. I'm guessing the real owner finally figured out the shit storm their internet rep was causing and hurting the business. I am surprised they didn't rebrand...maybe they did.

Anyhow that is the summary lol

Glad I saw this....was going to get their triple heat exchanger upgrade....if not weapon x which company should I look at?

Depends on what you wanna do with your ZL1. Road race or drag race.

I have seen reviews here, that it actually only helps for drag race, since you will have alot more coolant in your system.
For road racing it just delays the heat soak a bit.

Agreed 100%. This topic has been discussed many times. TLDR, they suck.

I had the same experience with them; I was looking for a part they had listed on their site for $500 cheaper than everyone else, so I reached out numerous times to figure out if they actually had the product in stock. Several phone calls, numerous messages through FB messenger to Ben. Months later, when I found that part used (and it was already installed on my car), I received a message from him on Facebook telling me they do not have it.

I wouldn't even be mad if I got a timely response, the issue was it took literal months to get ANYTHING. I probably called their phone 25 times over a month long period, and it just sends you straight to voicemail every time.

To bad, the website looks promising which is a great way to get the consumer to buy. Glad i looked at the reviews first Before I threw away $2000

Years back they were doing good and producing some nice stuff, but around Covid they totally shit the bed. Quality went to hell, alot of money taken and no parts sent, and just terrible service. They pretty much disappeared shortly after.
