Leaking EGR / Evap Problem - P0171 and Rough Idle

Help - P0171 + Runs Rough + EGR Leak?

My 2016 Camaro (175k miles) with LTG 2.0T engine started running extremely rough today. The only code is P0171 but it feels like a cylinder is misfiring and the entire car is shaking.

My research has gotten me to where I took off the engine cover to see if there are any vacuum leaks, and this is what I saw.

Is this my EGR system leaking oil for some reason? Could this be the cause of my current problem? And lastly, is it possible that this entire problem is caused by a (known) clogged catalytic converter?

Here’s a video of this engine and how it sounds when it’s running:

This is a screen recording of my MAF sensor and throttle position logged as I ride the engine:

Is your dipstick spraying oil under boost? That looks like it might be the source.
