Apple car play and bluetooth
I deleted my phone from the list of phones the other night while traveling. Now my Bluetooth in my 2021 1le 1ss won’t connect to my phone anymore. I have done everything I can find to troubleshoot the issue. I have talked to Apple support as well without any luck. I tried to add another phone that has not ever been linked and the myChevrolet blue signal connection never shows ups. If I hardwire it to the car port in the console it will connect n ask the prompted questions but it won’t connect.
Anyone have any solutions? |

I would try the following. First, I would confirm that the Bluetooth pairing with the car has been deleted from the phone. Second, I would double check that the boot the phone was fully deleted from the infotainment system. That point I would try to repair the phone to the car. If you've already done that or if the above doesn't work, you can then try to reset the infotainment system. I erase all data and personal information. Basically a factory reset and that should allow you to repair your phone.

I have tried that already. It’s not connecting to any phones at this point.how can you disconnect the car battery without causing unforeseen issues. Is it best to do it from the trunk battery or under the hood

Anybody else have any tips. I think the error is somehow connected to me deleting the phone from the car. Bc when u got to the phone link. The option to add phone is gray and u aren’t able to click on it from that page.

I would disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery in the trunk. I’ve done that a few times and never had any issues disconnecting the battery cable on my car.

If you are sure you've fully reset the entertainment system, and multiple phones still will not connect either via Bluetooth or wired and work with Apple CarPlay. I think you may have some issue with the entertainment system hardware. Which probably means a trip to the dealership
