Exclamation Rough idle/blue smoke

I have a 2018 Camaro SS 1Le. It’s has a CAI, headers and x-pipe, flex fuel kit, btr 225 cam, ported lt2 IM, lt5 TB, and Catch can. I did all the DOD delete and AFM. All new gaskets everywhere. It was tuned on the 18th and make 540hp on its first tank of e85.
Now here’s the problem I drove the car home from the tuning shop after having it trailered there. It drove fine, no problems lots of power. The next day, I change the oil 10 quarts 5W-30 And a new WIX Filter. I drove to a pizza shop after then from there was driving to a car show and got a flashing check engine light I pulled over plugged in my scan tool And got P0307 So I pulled the spark plug wire. It looked fine. So I limp it home In limp mode Misfiring like crazy. The next day I started After And got the code P0300 and P0151 and smoke was pouring out the exhaust Only when I revved up. So I did a head gasket check from the coolant reservoir Which came back Negative thankfully! I’ve been changed all the spark plug wires. And when I pulled number seven spark plug, it had A small amount of oil on the tip and the threads. The oil on the dipstick is clean and Doesn’t smell like gas. I have yet to fill it up with E85 And it just has 93 in it now. I put a bottle of Berhman cleaner in it And let it idle and still nothing. I checked the PCV valve From my Catch can And that’s fine as well. Please help thanks!!🙏🏻

Check to make sure the flex sensor is reading the correct ethanol %. P0151 says you have an O2 sensor reading too low as well.

I don’t have a way to check that at my house and the tuner lives two hours away. I have already reached out to him waiting for his response. It’s funny because the car was running great and now not even 24 hours. It’s not. 🫤

I feel silly saying this but.. did you check the dipstick after the oil change? I know you said you put 10 quarts in but I don't see checking the dipstick mentioned.
