The last new Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 listed on the major automotive shopping websites has been sold, just days after American Cars And Racing exclusively reported on it.

The white convertible was at Mike Bell Chevrolet in Carrolton, Ga., but is no longer on the dealership’s website and a representative has confirmed that someone bought it for the $134,040 asking price, which was $50,000 over its $84,040 sticker price."

Last new convertible ZL1, maybe -- but there are still three new ZL1's listed in the inventory search at chevrolet.com.

They’ll probably come out with another zl1 in the future. The lt4 is not the only thing that makes a zl1 a zl1. That would be like saying it’s not a z28 without a 302ci engine.

I was up at a local Chevy dealer (Ed Rinke Chevrolet in Warren) yesterday and they had five or six new Camaros in their showroom and garage including a ZL1 collector's edition coupe. They don't show up on their website - maybe the dealer sis just sitting on them

I honestly don't see GM ever making a V8 rear wheel drive coupe again, especially with a stick. That ship sailed with Corvette in 2020, leaving Camaro as the only option. Obviously there's the Caddy but that's a whole different ball game.

And it has to be supercharged, on top of pistons powered by gasoline
