Prochargers are air to air intercooled and their entry level intercoolers aren’t great, so being in Florida compounds the issue. You can upgrade the intercooler or add meth…probably the two best options.

All that said, is there a reason why you’re not running E? That would really minimize the effects of higher IATs.

Air to air Intercoolers are good at removing heat after a pull but they are not great at controlling heat during a pull. I have personally witnessed a P1x car with stage 2 IC pushing 9psi peak hit 156 degree temps by the bottom of 5th gear (A8) car. So I could easily see a P1sc kit even on 6-7 psi in the Florida heat hitting those temps. And with the stock LT1 you have to be very aggressive on timing retard in regard to air temp when running pump gas. I could only get 11 degrees of timing out of that P1x car in the heat without KR. When it was cold it would run 15 degrees.
As Josh mentioned, you either need to run a blend of Ethanol which will allow more timing with higher temps. Or get a Alky kit for cooling and octane.

the reason i haven’t run E is because i still have the stock bottom end. didn’t want the car to make too much power

Wrong answer lol… E makes the stock bottom end live much LONGER than plain 93. The difference in detonation resistance is huge.
