More than likely custom hoods and/or manifold covers.

Here's mine without issue. Yes I know the under hood is dirty :x Dirt signifies where all the magic happens.

Fluke using urine as coolant? Haha

imho for a bolt on car, no. cam or heads cam absolutely.

shaving and painting the msd makes its appearance bearable. i've had 3 msd manifolds and 2 of them were shaved & painted (also ported by mamo).
What does that look like Shaved and painted??

i can tell you that LT2 cover is def rubbing on the hood, not too bad but it chipped off some paint, I even tried to sand it down some but it doesn't help at all..... and I have a hard time put the fuel rail cover back on even cuz of the fuel line is in the way, I bought the cover from someone who sold the c8 for like 60$ only lol, I had to even squeeze it in when the IM is installed, it is not a perfect pic but u can tell there is limited room for u... and that PSV? line is rubbing on it as well...
