I've noticed with larger intercooler piping and tune with bigger amount of psi compared to stock, the turbo does spool up a bit quicker and Temps have dropped a wee little bit. I wouldn't say I've increased alot more in horsepower, but my ETs have been consistent compared to stock where it moves .1 seconds in the 1/4 mile.

That's not what I have. It's the turbo smart kompact diverter valve. No CEL from it so far. You can use the gfb adapter if you want a little whoosh sound. I prefer the turbo smart one. It's clean and loud whoosh.

Dual Port / Vent To Atmosphere: TS-0223-1087 Plumback / Recirculating: TS-0223-1287 Also, are there any performance advantages to replacing the existing JacFab Recirculation Valve I'm currently running? Is the Turbosmart the exact same thing as the JacFab one, but just allowing a "woosh" noise? so, it's just a $300.00 woosh noise maker?

I have the kompact dual port. It sounds clean.

Update: got a ZZP downpipe, GFBits Diverter and retune. No dyno yet but went from 5.6 secs stock to 5 secs on 0-60 mph (same tires, more worn than before if anything). Clearly more power than before!

Is is possible to run flex fuel on 2021+ cars? This is the best bang for buck upgrade possible, right?

2021+ LTG don't have that option. SS and ZL1 do, from what I know. And it may be the best bang for buck, but it's not available anywhere in the region I live (GTA, Canada). |

What would happen if you filled up with 50/50 e85 and 93 gas without a tune?

Just installed one yesterday. No CEL after short shake down test drive. One thing I did noticed when installing the diverter valve, was a small amount of oil at the turbo inlet after removing the intake tube. I have the mishimoto pipe and wondering if a catch can would prevent oil from entering the turbo. Never have to add any oil between changes, so not a huge amount. Is a catch can a good idea? The LTG project facebook site recommends Tracy Lewis catch cans as better than others. Is this true or marketing?

As you can see in the xray picture on that pcv valve, its a very short path from the valve cover to the intake manifold without the mishimoto valve in place. The other option would be pull the valve cover and disassemble the pcv path to gain access to that hole to block it off. Then put a threaded barb in place of the service plug that you can run a catch can hose to.
