STARTING 2650 BUILD...

Well after calling NUMEROUS shops, many of which wouldn't return my calls, I am going with Powertech Performance in St Pete. Joe has been very patient. I have put the initial build below. I have looked at this forum, I have watched videos online, I CANNOT for the life of me figure out fueling needs and power for this platform for E. I dont know what I am having such a hard time getting it. I am most likely going to build this in two stages. The build below is what has been ordered for now.

For the next stage it will be Heads/Cam and fueling for E. It was suggested to get a Fore Triple for the low side. My question is, will the cam (32% Lobe), and Dual Meth be enough to run straight pump E85?

If not, I see videos with cars on E-40 E-50. Does that mean guys are filling up half the tank with 93 and the other half with pump E 85? I feel retarded that I cant get this after all Ive been reading, but I am still lost?

Parts Ordered-

Mag 2650 with 103 inlet
NW 103 TB
Big Gulp
Griptec 8 Rib 80/85 Pulley
Too High PSI Supercharger Lid
Alky Control Dual M15
ARH 2" Headers
CPR Front Bumper Tank
Tune/Trans Tune
(Car already has MM Catch Can and GT Haus exhaust)

Joe is a great guy. You're in good hands.

Our dual fuel pump module will support 1K+ on full E85 and is MUCH less labor intensive than a Fore triple to install.

Would it be the one below? Besides the Cam and Meth, would there be any other fueling required to run Full Pump E85?

I have that same Katech pump supplying my THPSI port injection! It's great pulling up to a pump and not getting out my phone and opening the E-Calc Ration App and trying to figuring out what amount of E/93 mix to get that target mix! My target number now is E85 with that Katech pump! Easy decision! PS: You might want to consider the Katech Remote Fuel Filter Kit, it also takes care of the Flex Fuel sensor is pretty cool way!

So what other parts are needed to run full E85? It doesn't look like their low side, Cam and Meth will get it done?

I can't speak for what else is needed, such as cam, heads or meth. My motor has never been opened. I added the extra fuel needed with the Dual Katech pump and port injections. So, I got to the dance, but took a different bus! (that's an analogy) Someone running E85 and doesn't have THPSI port injection would be better to advise (or Mike). My signature shows all my mods and my Dyno as well.

I would spend the money on fueling with E vs meth any day of the week. It’s either my setup (big bore HPFP and big injectors) or port injection like 2023_ZL1 mentioned for the high side. The Katech dual pump would handle your low side, unless you want to go for 1K+ WHP in which case Fore Triple is the way to go. I think we may have had this discussion before lol, but fueling is a big expense on these cars that you don’t want to skimp on. Both the low side and high side need attention.

My goal is 950 rwhp. So it looks like the answer to my question is, I will need Port Injection/Injectors to run pump E85. Too High PSI offers Port Plates. What Injectors would be paired with this set up?

So fueling for Heads/Cam/E-85-

Fore Triple Pump for low side
Port Injection/Injectors for high side
Cam with 32% Lobe
Meth

20 pds will make 930 on 93 and meth injection. I know that for a fact, Im sure their was more their as the car went 10.0 due to running higher in the maf curve than ever before. No time to tune for more pulls as it was the last one for the session. This is a stock ss with drop ins and procharger.

Fueling is stock 2019 fuel pump with a jms boost a pump lt4 injectors and high side meth injection lt2 intake.

I know this is off topic but how do you like that GTHaus exhaust? Do you have any issues with droning?

+1 to skip the meth entirely.

I dont understand why you would want to skip the meth, even with a real fuel system? Whats the reasoning behind that (Assuming you're not using the Meth as a crutch)

I just want to chime in here i think u said maggie 2650, i just want to advise you in advance of the problems i had with mine, and its stock plastic overflow garbage for the coolant reservoir. Switched mine out to metal within two weeks and had to get the system bled. So if its puking up all over ur engine make sure the mechanic bleeds the supercharger. I'd be wary of people like my original installer who was like, "ah its ok just a little coolant on the engine... it'll burn off..." Maybe but that shits corrosive. And if youre puking out coolant all over the track they wont be impressed.
