I have the Katech pump in my car and have nothing but good things to say about it. I run my car on road course, and even with the low fuel light on, my car has never fuel starved on track. My fuel level/sender works just like OEM. Katech made a phenomenal product! I will say, it does suck to install, but 100% worth the effort.

They're smaller than 8mm, and larger than 5mm (I ordered both, AND MORE, from Racetronix), and I know the barb on the DW (if I said it was a Walbro earlier, I was mistaken - it's a DW 400 - the primary's one with the venturi outlet and other is one without, obviously, for anyone curious). DW was able to send me the venturi hoses that come with the 400/venturi pump, but they are a PAIN to install. I didn't know about the boiling water strategy... lol

Any of you guys with the Katech dual in tank pump ever change the "post fuel pressure sensor" values in HPTuners?

Nope. I see I'm getting slightly higher pressures than commanded (mostly OEM fuel pressure settings) but it's less than 10-psi I believe. Is that the place to make corrections for that? I started playing around in another table, but it did not like that, LOL...

I was just curious, we are still seeing pressures not where we want them vs commanded but I think it is an install issue. Customer is going to be dropping the tank and rechecking the wiring and venturi setup. I suppose it could also be the vaporworx controller not asking for enough duty cycle. It doesn't seem to matter what I tell the FPCM to do, it makes very little difference.
I can skew this post fp sensor value in HPTuners and make it report whatever I want, but I don't think that is accurate.

I'm waiting feedback from the customer once he drops the tank to investigate the wiring and installation. He had a shop do the work and now plans to drop the tank himself to check their work. I suspect the shop did something wrong somewhere along the way.

I'm not seeing requested meet demanded when I go into HOT FUEL or HIGH PRESSURE modes. With stock settings, I'm only seeing around 50-60psi - max, and that's part throttle. I haven't even gotten close to WOT yet. This is on about 75% E'.
I'm having to go into base fuel pressure setting to try to ramp that in and see if that helps. I'm not getting what Scott's shows.

Turn the second pump off, tune the FCM controlled pump all that way to 100 percent DC making sure that the trims stay in line. Then bring in the second pump once the primary pump hits 85-90 percent DC, then add to the secondary pump as needed to keep the primary pump DC in that 85-90 range. This is what my reflex DC table looks like making 750RWHP on 80 percent E with 2 AEM 400 pumps - so I'm only using about 30 percent of my second pump at this power level. Hope that helps!

THANKS FOR ALL THAT INFO MIKE!!! I have to see if I can find some of the channels in your list I don't currently use. I'll try this strategy, too.
I'm having success and predictable control with the REFLEX though. It comes in under the way I command it to, no problem. The OEM controls for the primary pump are where I'm fiddling though. I haven't driven the car for several weeks now, after dropping the tank a FORTH time. That was my fault, though, because even though I didn't have all the repair lines when I put it back together the last time, there was some unfinished business, according to my OCD. Those were all taken care of this last time, though, so my OCD is happy, and now my anxiety has the reins, lol. I will be reporting back after the next drive, or so, about this. It was claimed OEM settings would work for this set-up, which is why I went this way, so I hope it's at least close enough to be safe when I need to run it that way.

I didn't want to leave this thread open-ended without a conclusion and make sure any reasonable person wouldn't perceive it to suggest I had any remaining issues with this fuel pump module.
To be clear - It's doing great. Just for a quick recap, so no one has to scroll up unless they want to: I'm only listing what I consider relevant mod's to this matter and only what I've changed (otherwise - consider anything else OEM): 2650 at about 20-psi; RFBG; THPSI PI (and controller); 103/103. My fuel pressure is doing fine and following what I'm commanding. I'm, pretty much, running on the OEM primary pump calibration. I'm not altering pump output voltage but have regulation pressure; high flow Mode Conditions; and maximum Pressure Limits. I have a reason for this, and pretty much no one else would need to, so I won't go into it, but it works fine. I have altered the high side pump, and that can effect the low side pressure (duh), but that's where the jet/venturi/aux' pump is already running and covering that part, so BOTH are working together just fine. I altered the tables I understand to allow them to work cooperatively, but I wanted to speak to the mostly OEM calibration being able to control the primary pump just fine. The REFLEX controller from THPSI is controlling the jet/venturi/aux' pump great. The more I drive the car, the more parts of the SCANNER datalogging graph/chart I can use to correct for deviations from my desired commands. I am using the THPSI SSR configuration to connect the REFLEX to the jet/venturi/aux' pump, and it's harmonious in operation. I'm running duty cycle to almost 85% at full pump E' and in cold weather, at about 20-psi, I'm keeping around a 75-psi commanded pressure, and the DI and PI injectors are, all happy. In conclusion - I'm not noticing anything that would concern me. I can run 85% E' in the Winter at the most boost I want to run, no problem. I'm not suggesting I'm making this kind of power, but just for fuel demand reference, I believe Mike (THPSI) was running about 21-psi and exceeded 950 at the hubs (running more timing, too), so being my combination isn't that different from his, it seems reasonable to believe I'm not much further behind in fueling demand at least, so it seems like Katech's capability claims for this module are at least close to what they say. I have some room left, and that's not even leaning on the primary pump outside of OEM (mostly) calibration, which is what I was hoping for. I don't have an issue, when running on the primary pump, of running too high or low of what the E92 is commanding pressure to be, and that's what I was hoping for. Everything with this Katech dual-pump module is excellent and exactly what I was hoping it would be for my combination. And, if I need more, I still have a DSX aux' pump I can put back on, lol. Feel free to hit me up if you have any interest in that. I only ran it for about a thousand miles and it was in the car about two years, if that. I may have considered the competitor to this pump, but I didn't want issues with controlling it with the custom OS for their controller, and didn't need to spend twice as much for their billet goodness. It seems awesome though, but would not fit my needs. Anyways - my apologies to anyone and everyone that this might be helpful to for taking so long to conclude, but - GO KATECH!!!
