Nice, I bet that keeps the cooling system squeaky clean.

When you're just dumping the overflow tanks, which method do you use to drain them?

Always good to get back in and go for a ride. Especially after driving my SUV all week or even longer, it always takes me a second when I sink down in the seat and remember I have a third pedal

Same for me. My daily is a SUV too, albeit an SRT Durango. Still there is no comparison to driving a three pedal car, especially a Gen6 Camaro.

I think we just spoke, last week or so, in the DD thread! Lol

Let the Grand Cherokee rest today, and took the M6 Hot Wheels out for a nice ride to Narragansett Beach, RI. Nothing like it. 👍🏻

Yeah that's not a bad daily. Mine is a Honda, so there's a slight power discrepancy lol.

Same here, took it out this morning after about 3 weeks... Just haven't had the chance or the opportunity to drive it... Went and cruised around for about 30-45 minutes... Tomorrow the wife and I will probably take it out for the day, maybe to lunch (but I'll have to put the club(s) on it when we park), which drives her nuts, but she understands the current situation in our area...

LOL! We did.

Sounds like a fun trip to a nice location. I hope the weather was nice. New England whether is generally nice this time of year. It was hot and humid as hell here yesterday so I was done with my drive by 10:00.

It is a great destination to drive a manual Camaro around. Lots of twisty roads, some open areas along the way to stretch its legs, and awesome scenery once you arrive. It’s a 40 minute drive from my house.

It was a nice drive there, chilled for a couple hours at the beach wall, once there, then a fun ride back around 9pm. There is just something about taking the toy for a beach cruise late evening and night.
Enjoy your Sunday!

It was easier than expected. I tucked the main power cable across the driver side headliner, down along the pillar, down the inside of the weather stripping by the door hinges, than I went under the dash and a long to the driver knee pad, from there I tucked the wire under the round AC controls. Then I ran the last section to the power outlet on the console. For the rear camera, I did pretty much the same thing, except that I utilized the interior rubber molding that runs along the headliner towards the back windshield. Easy peasy.

Received my custom laser etched lower front grille emblem to replace the factory "bubble" letters from Mike Marks with Laser Creations. You pop off the existing letters with floss and maybe some heat, clean that flat surface well with alcohol, then the emblem has 3M tape on the back. Heat that up and put into place.(Sorry, I have yet to install mine) I chose Matte Black "ZL" with Matte Red "1"(to match the hood insert and rear bumper letters). I'm sure he can do any color combo you'd like. There weren't many option out there for that specific emblem replacement, so this was a good option! Great guy to work with and finished product was excellent. SORRY FOR THE SIDEWAYS PICTURE!!!
