Torque Question
I have a 2022 Camaro SS 1LE,
Does anyone know the torque settings for the tpms wheel sensors? |

Wow. Never even considered torque values for tpms sensors. Rubber ones get shoved in, screw ones get tightened down. You may be overthinking this one, but I'm in for other comments. Maybe I'll learn something

Torque
This car is tracked.
When you track a car torque matters to wheels anything around the wheel... calipers, wheels, suspension parts and tpms sensors. |

be sure you get the torque value for the valve stem cap, as well. however, im sure you can find another set that say "camaro" like the ones you already have.

I know your comment was mostly "tongue-in-cheek"
![]() But valve stem caps should not be used on the race track so no torque required. First they end up being foreign objects on the track surface causing issues. After a track run session they hinder quick tire pressure readings. Also, applying the proper torque specification of a TPMS sensor to a wheel rim is a real thing and should be adhered to. From my experience they run between 35-80 in-lbs depending on sensor type. 2SS Capt provided 71 in-lbs which sounds good.
