AN fuel lines

What’re you guys doing to put your AN lines together? I’m using the fragola pro flow and dear god they are tough as hell to get to stay seated. I’ve watched countless videos of people putting them together, and none of them have a problem with the hose pushing out of the female end. Not me. The hose just tries to push out, no matter how much lube i use, it doesn’t stay seated.

I’ve tried holding the hose as i’m inserting the male end and tightening the fitting. And i gotta tell you, it takes a what i would consider is a pretty large amount of strength to do it properly. Im a pretty strong dude, and unless everyone on youtube is stronger than the rock, then something ain’t right
