My wife had small enough hands she could get in there.
Alternatively if you can unscrew the old ones out, you can super glue the new ones in place. |

I removed the rear diffuser in 5 minutes and installed the new reflectors in, took 1 minute for that and then 3 mins putting the diffuser back on.
