Built 8L80 transmissions

I have a 2016 SS and had the trans mission built. Did my break in miles everything was perfect did some hits in it while tuning and out of no where. 1-4 gear won’t stay in gear if I got WOT. I can do a full pull in 5th and above but nothing else. Car runs and goes through the gears fine but just can’t go wide open. Anyone run into this ?

Did FLT or whoever not give you a warranty period?
