2016 Camaro SS Fuel pressure
This might be a dumb question. If I disconnect this line in the picture and try starting the car, should i get fuel pressure?

Lift pump in the fuel tank? Did you check the fuse?

F35 fuse in the trunk yes. Its good but it does look overheated. Purple ish

So might as well add all info. Car left me stranded few days ago. Car cranks but doesn't start. Check spark. Spark is good. Once in a while. Car attempts to start for about 2 seconds not even at high idle and shuts back off. Im trying to fix myself because i have no money for dealership. I just spent 1200 in replacing diff. My guess is low side pump.
When i disconnected that line on top of manifold cover i expected some pressure but only like an ounce poured out. |

My understanding is that the is the fuel line that feeds the high pressure pump in the valley. If no fuel is coming out of it when trying to start the car, than that suggests to me that the in-tank pump is dying or dead. Or there is an electrical issue elsewhere, such as bad fuse, bad ground, etc.
