Would you buy this car if you could?

Personally I wouldn't. I love these cars, but they are not exotic cars. |

I love my car, but these Camaro prices are flat out ridiculous. For $175K I can think of several cars I would buy instead, and none are made by GM. Sorry, not paying more than $75K for a new Camaro.

$236k is about $170k TOOOOO MUCH!! Bunch of fools out there paying stupid money for a car that has the SAME performance that mine does that I paid $67K for. Quite laughable!!!

The yenko car is nice but not worth $175k imo. What’s the traction control situation? 1100 is worthless on street tires without some seriously advanced traction management , let alone with a six speed.
I’d buy a Ferrari. |

Don’t get me wrong yenkos are badass but I’m not a fan of cars that don’t actually come from the manufacturer. I personally wouldn’t pay extra for a yenko or callaway. To me it’s just a modified camaro with an extra badge.
In 30 - 40 years if I am looking for a 6th Gen camaro I absolutely will not be paying extra for a panther or garage 56 edition. I will remember that it’s nothing but stickers, badges and paint. They are no faster than the SS and zl1 cars they are based off of.

I'd love to have a Yenko in the garage. Obviously the 175k is way too steep, but those cars are awesome. I like the graphics and especially the 5 spoke wheels that come in grey or chrome (not like what's linked above). I almost want to get a set and just store my oem's.

I'll keep my 2020 2SS and be VERY happy with a car that is no longer in production.... $175k is absolutely ridiculous for that car, what are you going to do with 1,150 HP and like in the quoted post, what is their "Traction Control Solution"??? I can spin my tires just fine at 455 HP!

It would be a good deal for a car collector that has plenty of cash but for the average working Joe no not a good investment. Consider that it’s the last of its kind and I guess SVE(the old SLP) will mod EVs or probably Mustangs with the demise of the Camaro.

Although I'd like to have one just cannot afford that insane amount. On top of that the "race" fuel you'll have to use would definitely shred my wallet. Like the CAPT said I, too, am more than happy to keep my 2023 SS/1LE all day long! BTW CAPT, great color!
