OEM LT 18s on SS 1LE
I just picked up a '22 SS 1LE and I'm looking to get a second set of wheels and tires for winter.
I was thinking of ordering the OEM LS/LT Camaro 18 inch wheels and putting the same sized winter rubber on them. Will these clear the brakes and not rub? I've seen a few threads on 18s and some people say they clear and others say they added spacers. The wheels are 18x8.5 with a 32 offset and tires are 245/50/R18 |

I don't have an exact answer for you as that is an odd size. It should clear the brakes (all 18" wheels that I know of do), the offset will let you know if you need spacers to clear the struts. Perhaps with ET32 you may need spacers at the front. I need a 26mm spacer for ET35(18x11) at the front.
If I had to guess with only 8.5 inch width and ET32 you should not need a spacer. Generally with 18"x10" or larger wheels you do have to grind down the knuckle on the strut to make the wheel clear. Use this page as a guide, they offer some guidance depending on your offset/wheel size. https://apexwheels.com/fitment-guide...-fitment-guide |

Hmm, I'm not sure on the copper free. Its a 2022 and I know the copper free was offered for California I believe? I would think as a Canadian car and the model year it probably is not copper free.

Those look like standard (non-Copper Free) 1LE fronts, you should be good with 18" wheels...
