how to remove 1LE rear spoiler
Anyone remove your rear spoiler (1LE or other). I want to pull mine and paint it body color, but wondering if it's just bolts? tape? or tape AND bolts?

SS 1LE? The SS 1LE has the center spoiler bolted to the trunk lid and the side pieces are attached with a double sided tape.

IIRC the 1LE spoiler uses is attached the same way, just more holes and bolts and waaay more tape, and the two end caps use only tape. Someone with a 1LE please correct me if I'm wrong.

1LE Blade spoiler has somewhere around 6-8 bolts holding it on & double-sided tape, and a few plastic clips. Hopefully the pictures help.

Thanks for pictures and input. the picture helped a lot with knowing what was holding the middle in the trunk. that white square receiver in the middle, pain in the ass. will put a nut on there when I put the spoiler back on.
