2023 radio would not shut off
Pulled into driveway with radio on, car off, radio playing, opened door and
Closed it, radio still playing, armed car, radio still on so i opened up The car and pushed the radio button, it went off. Isnt it suppose To shut off when the door is opened? |

I’m guessing a software glitch, when was the last time the car ask you to update. Just keep an eye, and see if it happens again.

A few times in the first year I have had to have onstar do a reset of the infotainment system. They have a process that they can walk you through that involves having the door open for a while.
It's software. It's likely a one-time thing.

My 2020 did that pretty frequently during my first 2 years of ownership. Software of some type was updating. I learned to ignore it.

Software update. If it doesn't alert you automatically, go in and hit the update button manually.

I turned off automatic updates on mine. If I have software issues I'll look to see if an update helped but just as often as not software updates cause as many problems as they fix.
