Yes I got in touch with radiator and he filled me in. If i was better at coding I would have done the same. What I wish I knew how to do was write a code to go through and search each vin txt doc that radiator sent me, and from that populate the exterior colour, transmission, body style, msrp, and dealer location and name. From that I think we could get a pretty good handle on every car config. And to add to that, with a vin link for window sticker we could basically have every car specced out. Just how far we want to go with it. I have a friend thats good at coding who is going to ty and help me work on it, but maybe radiator or bumbleboy can help some if they find the time. The list you have for collectors edition, I basically have for any radiant red ones, i manually searched and went through the 700 window stickers lol.

I'll take a stab at them tonight or tomorrow, won't take that long to put them into csv for the things you're looking for, (body and trans is already pretty much done based on VIN #) I'll just have to dig up the RPO codes for this year for the colors and can break them out that way, then dig for the options like NPP and F55 that a lot of folks look for. |

Edit: having looked at the file I see I misunderstood how you were getting the data, where did you get all that data from? I’ve been solely going through and doing API calls to the window sticker link and matching them manually for CE VIN’s but you have way more information including RPO codes which I didn’t even know you could find online for a specific VIN

I talked to Nicholas yesterday morning too, he was going to confirm the VIN. That throws a monkey wrench into the theory that they all came off the line sequentially. I'm wondering if this is just a 1 off and there were 2 cars on the line and the steering wheels got accidentally swapped? I'll leave the list in chronological order by VIN for now until we see how wide spread the issue is. |

I'm going to Austin next week and it looks like they have one or maybe two on the floor. Will be interesting to see what the markup is.

That stealth wrap looks awesome! I think the glossy parts look out of place. Do they make a semi gloss wrap between the stealth and the clear? I'd like to tone my glossy bits down a bit. Last edited by SwL_Wildcat; 10-21-2023 at 04:55 PM. Reason: Apparently I can't spell... ;) |

finished another scrape of VINs and found 2 more ZL1 CEs... so I show 177 total.
Including the updated numbers for all trims. now seeing ~6400 units. |

Thanks. The window stickers aren't working just yet. I'll put those 2 on when I can get the state and dealer off the sticker. The big question is why, after numerous runs through all the VIN's, are we missing cars, Like #2? There are big gaps between known car numbers. Are they going to assign #2 to a car that was built near the end of the production run? Or did they change a VIN digit? Just a bad example, but say instead of a R for the engine digit they used a T? I can't see you missing any VIN's within your search, so we have to be searching for the wrong thing. |
