The lower reservoir is near empty and most of the fluid is in the upper reservoir. I never changed it. In my last car, usually there would be fluid in both, with the majority in the upper reservoir.

That's the normal coolant circuit. I'm talking about the separate supercharger (intercooler) coolant loop that does not have a reservoir from the factory, so if it wasn't properly aired out when the car was assembled, air bubbles can stay in there practically forever.
