!st I would definitely mod my car for using E-85 in a heartbeat if I had any access to E-85.
Also forget about the rubber. Is there a catalytic converter under that heat shield, I can't tell?

No second cat, I deleted it with this Speed Engineering exhaust. I'm going to really consider the E85.

After seeing a $2.77 price for E85 at a gas station that is 3 miles away, I ordered a kit from WildHammer. lol, even the wife was like-get it. I have Trifecta so I'll have them tune the E85 in.

Yep, that's why I'd getit, IF I could the 85. I've heard you're looking at 30-50hp too.
I'd see if can't slip that heat shield out. It will a give you little more clearance, without that cat it's not needed. I'll remember that price drop if I have a chance justify a kit. Be aware the draw back is lower MPG (don't mention that to the wife!).

Put it on the rack and start it up. Sounds easy to find.

No, that will not be mentioned to her, however this is not a daily driver. I'm going to get under there soon to take that heat shield off and see if the noise goes away.

Please keep us posted. Sounds like more than one person has had the same issue with that squeaking sound. My car has an intermittent squeak/rattle that sounds like it could be from around the rear windshield.
When it does it, I always wish I had someone in the back seat to put a hand this or that surface to see if it stops.
